Terms & Conditions

  1. This website is operated by Firm of JM Orr T/A Blooming Bees hereby further referred to as Blooming Bees. Where these terms and conditions use terms such as “we”, “us” and “our” they refer to Blooming Bees.
  2. By visiting our website including all the information, tools and services available on it, and/or purchasing something from us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions, and the associated privacy policy available here
  3. You can view the most current version of these terms and conditions at any time by visiting this website page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms and conditions, without prior notice to you, by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page on each visit to your website, read these terms and conditions and ensure you understand them before making a purchase.
  4. At Blooming Bees our flowers are seasonally dependent and are usually available March – October but occasionally out with these periods. To find out more about what is season check out our calendar or keep an eye on our social media feeds.
  5. We reserve the right to substitute with flowers and foliage grown by other UK farmers.
  6. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients for those of equal value and quality.
  7. All product images are for illustration only and will vary depending on the season.
  8. Some plant materials can be toxic or poisonous to both humans and animals – should any allergic reaction, injury or death be encountered Blooming Bees will not accept any responsibility.
  9. All content is supplied on an ornamental basis only.
  10. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil an order we will notify the purchaser as soon as possible and offer either full refund or exchange for product of same value.
  11. We will usually require a 24-hour minimum order notification.
  12. For some products we will deliver flowers in bud to maximise the vase life of the product.
  13. Our delivery area is within the DD8 postal code area – charges apply. Delivery out with these areas are at our discretion.
  14. Postal orders are available on certain products to UK mainland – charges apply. Accurate delivery information is the purchaser’s responsibility.
  15. Once the carrier has the package Blooming Bees cannot accept any liability for delay, damage or events such wrong delivery address, parcels left in unsuitable places or accepted by the wrong recipient. Deliveries to remote areas often cannot be guaranteed.
  16. Please ensure you are familiar with our delivery dates and cut offs.
  17. Any buckets supplied eg DIY Flower Buckets remain the property of Blooming Bees and should be returned at your earliest convenience or a charge may incur. Alternatively bring buckets with you to transfer your flowers into.
  18. Whilst we agree to use reasonable endeavour to ensure Blooming Bees is fully operational and error free we cannot guarantee this. Acts of God, sudden ill health or adverse weather may affect ability to deliver product or supply service.  The purchaser will be advised as soon as reasonably possible in such events.
  19. Click and collect is free and all instruction should be followed.
  20. For cancellation and amendments, a minimum 24 hours is required and should be sent to kelly@bloomingbees.co.uk in the first instance.
  21. Orders cannot be amended or cancelled after dispatch.
  22. Any care instruction should be followed.
  23. Fresh flowers are guaranteed for 5 days from point of sale (when bought direct from Blooming Bees) or from day of delivery (includes postal). The exception is antirrhinum, sweet pea and Dahlias.
  24. If you are dissatisfied or want to make a complaint these should be made timely due to the perishable nature of the product – within 1 day of the delivery or as soon as possible afterwards. Upon review a refund or replacement may be offered.
  25. Subscriptions are delivered on the dates selected and it is the purchaser/receiver’s responsibility to let Blooming Bees know about any dates that do not suit – we are happy to try to rearrange where necessary.
  26. Cancellation of subscriptions is acceptable – but deliveries already made will be charged for.
  27. Gift vouchers purchased online are digital and a unique code will be emailed after purchase which can be printed off and popped in an envelope or emailed to the recipient. (Please allow 24 hours for code to be emailed). Vouchers will be valid for 12 months after purchase. Vouchers can only be used once.
